Our Values

We still believe in things like keeping our word and the simple value of a handshake.

This is a team sport.

We believe the right team enabled by the right culture can accomplish anything. For us, that culture starts with trust, a "we first" mentality, and a willingness to have your ideas challenged.

Chase the peak.

We avoid mediocrity in both planning and execution, in both work and personal life. We seek our best in virtue, honor, and performance, while staying humble and grounded.

Live with honor.

Honor is both our watchword and obligation. It shapes how we act towards business owners, their businesses, and their employees. A choice between doing the right thing and making a quick buck is an easy one for us; we'll do the right thing every time.

In it for the long run.

We talk—and plan—in decades and generations. We believe that you reap what you sow. And we believe that no ideal is realized without sacrifice. Building this takes high-achievers with great souls.

Our Story

We call the Grand Canyon State our home and are committed to building our families and careers here.

We grew up here, cheering for the Diamondbacks back when it was Bank One Ballpark and when Gonzo hit that game-winner. We’ve endured the summers, hiked all over the state, and watched the monsoons roll in every year.

We both left for a few years for school and to serve in the armed forces. Now we have the chance to do what we have always dreamed of—return home, build a business, and raise our families in the Grand Canyon State.

Joel’s great-great-grandparents first arrive in Arizona, settling in Tucson. His great-grandfather, Jason “Red” Greer, would become a Hall of Famer at the University of Arizona and go on to coach the football team at Tucson High School for nearly four decades.
